Company

A small team building one honest thing.

Arutai is an AI copilot for businesses that close deals in messengers. We are deliberately not building a bot. The product's core guarantee — that no message reaches your customer without a person sending it — is the reason the company exists.

Founder & core team

Everyone who works here.

Ben Suerov
Founder & CEO · Senior Full-stack Architect
Toronto, Canada

Founded the company and builds the platform: ingestion, conversation intelligence, and the architecture that makes autonomous sending impossible rather than merely discouraged.

Dastan Pratov
Director · COO
Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic

Runs operations and is the appointed director of the legal entity in Bishkek — the company's legal representative in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Sultan Esenaliev
CMO · CSO
Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic

Leads go-to-market and sales — the businesses closing deals in messengers every day, and what they actually need before they will trust software with a customer conversation.

Kirill Borisov
Founding ML / Data Engineer
Toronto, Canada

Owns the AI cascade — deterministic rules first, a model only where the signal is genuinely ambiguous — and the compliance work behind the PII pipeline.

Adilet Masalbekov
Founding Software Engineer
Toronto, Canada

Builds the copilot app and the send path: the composer, the draft lifecycle, and the one button that turns a draft into a sent message.

Timur Yesmukhan
Founding Software Engineer
Toronto, Canada

Works across the web dashboard and the integration surface for WhatsApp and Instagram.

Engineering works from Toronto; the company is registered and operated from Bishkek. Our repositories are at github.com/arutai-io.

Why we started here

We picked the hardest market on purpose.

Kyrgyzstan has strict correspondence-secrecy rules, hard limits on cross-border data transfer, and banks and enterprises that will not let an AI system touch customer data on trust alone.

Building here forced the two guarantees that now define the product: a human in the send path, and personal data removed before any external model sees a conversation. Neither is a feature flag.

The bet is simple. A product that satisfies these constraints scales outward into MENA, Southeast Asia, and eventually the EU and North America. A product built the easy way does not scale inward.
