An AI copilot for selling in messengers

You reply faster.
The voice is yours.

Arutai is a second you in WhatsApp and Instagram. It catches risks and leads, and drafts replies in your voice. The one who decides and sends is you.

The product

This is the app. Watch it work.

A whole morning inside Arutai, on a loop: a threat, a ready buyer, and a promise you owe someone since yesterday. Not a mock-up — the screens, the type and the rules are the product's own, rendered frame by frame from its own code.

  1. Overnight, in one screen
What arrived while you slept, across both channels — what happened, what it was worth, what is on fire.
  2. Triaged worst-first
Ordered by consequence, not by time. Red only ever means risk, and the timer is how long a person has been waiting.
  3. What it found, and why
Not a summary — a reading. A threat rather than a question, plus the pattern behind it from 12 earlier disputes.
  4. A draft in your voice
Already written when you open the thread, from how you actually write. The dashed border means nothing has been sent — and nothing has.
  5. A person presses send
Dashes turn solid and the receipt reads sent by you. The loop replays that press; in the app it is your thumb, and no setting changes that.
  6. What it remembers
Every customer keeps a file — what they prefer, what irritates them, when they reply. It belongs to you.

Nothing above is clickable — it plays by itself.

Demo data is fictional and self-contained — no customer conversations are shown here. These are the copilot's own screens, running against fictional traffic.

How it works

Every message. One inbox.
One person sending.

Travel, property, clinics, shops — they all sell in the same chats. Arutai pulls every channel into one ordered inbox. The conversation about to cost you money rises to the top. A reply is drafted in your voice. Dashed — nothing has been sent. You press send. The dashes turn solid. That was you, not the AI.

I hear you — three days is too long. The $58 is the airline's penalty, not our commission. Sending the breakdown and the exact date now.

Security & compliance

Two rules we can't route around.

Red line #1

No autonomous send

AI produces drafts. A person sends. This is the only deterministic barrier against an AI failure reaching your customer — unlike probabilistic guardrails, it cannot be prompted away.

Red line #2

PII removed before any model call

Phone numbers, handles and names are pseudonymised before conversation content reaches an external language model — enforced at a single chokepoint in the code, covered by tests. A legal requirement under the KR Digital Code, not a preference.

Row-level isolation
every organisation sees only its own data, enforced in the database
Masked identifiers
contact handles are masked in the interface by default
Time-boxed support access
staff access needs your explicit, expiring grant — fully audited
Encrypted throughout
TLS 1.2+ in transit, encrypted at rest
